What You'll Do:

Here are some of the tasks you will be responsible for daily: Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards Execute housekeeping requests like extra towels, toothpaste/brush, iron, hair dryer delivery, etc Execute maintenance requests like TV issues, battery replacement in a remote, battery replacement in a smoke detector, assist with Salto locks Shuttle driver, that will include pickup/drop off of the mail, assistance with fire pits Anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities and thank guests with genuine appreciation Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals Perform any job-related duties as assigned
