We are looking to hire a full-time, Front Desk Receptionist/Agent at the Innsbruck Inn at Stowe in Stowe, VT. The hours will be from 2:00pm to 10:00pm, to include holidays and weekends. The ideal candidate will be friendly and possess top-notch customer service and communication skills. Must be reliable and have excellent organization, multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities. Front Desk Reception experience is helpful but willing to train the right person.

General duties include:

Greet and check in guests in a friendly and professional manner using computer programs and equipment Provide customers with directions to their room Inform guests of all on-site amenities and provide them with recommendations and information for off-site activities Handle all telephone reservations Invoice and bill guests for their stay and services used Other administrative duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

One year Hospitality experience preferred Ability to work all weekends and holidays Ability to work more than 40 hours when needed Strong reception, administrative and organizational skills Reliable transportation Valid Driver's License with good driving record Must be authorized to work in the
