In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for attendees entering our wellness lounge, helping create a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience. You will guide participants through onsite services including chair massage and chiropractic care, ensure all required waivers are completed, and manage the flow between service stations. This is a fast-paced, people-facing role ideal for someone who is organized, outgoing, and thrives in event environments. This paid position offers a unique opportunity to combine hospitality, event coordination, and wellness support in a professional conference setting. Duties Greet attendees warmly and provide a professional first impression Explain available wellness services (chair massage and chiropractic care) Manage guest check-in and ensure all required digital waivers/forms are completed prior to services Direct attendees to appropriate service stations and maintain an organized flow Coordinate with providers to minimize downtime and keep sessions running on schedule Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk/lounge area Answer general questions about services and assist with attendee needs Handle light crowd management and maintain a calm, positive environment Experience Previous experience in hospitality, events, front desk, or customer service preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable directing people and managing small groups or lines Professional demeanor and appearance Experience with event coordination or wellness environments is a plus Ability to stay proactive, take initiative, and solve problems in real time
