Job Description
Description We are looking for a Workplace Experience Senior Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and operational support in a detail-oriented office environment. This is a contract position based requiring in-person attendance for a two-week assignment with the possibility of extension. The role involves managing front desk operations, coordinating activities, and ensuring seamless workplace experiences for employees and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors with a detail-oriented approach, issue visitor and parking passes, and ensure adherence to security protocols.
- Escort guests to designated locations and assist in coordinating recreational, dining, and business activities as requested.
- Handle janitorial and maintenance work orders, resolving issues with vendors or staff as necessary.
- Address inquiries and complaints from employees, guests, and coworkers, escalating matters when required.
- Provide administrative support, including office supply management, meeting coordination, and care of office equipment.
- Prepare customized client materials while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures, ensuring safety protocols are upheld.
- Identify and resolve typical and atypical challenges within the workplace using established solutions.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality services and information that impact team success.
- Adhere to standardized procedures and practices while receiving moderate supervision. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with office routines, standards, and systems, along with the ability to apply skills across various procedures.
- Intermediate problem-solving abilities, capable of selecting solutions independently from available options.
- Effective communication skills for explaining detailed information within the team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive and inquisitive mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures within a detail-oriented environment.
