Overview The Director of First Impressions serves as the face and voice of the organization—setting the tone for every interaction with clients, caregivers, and partners. This role blends front-office professionalism with modern communication skills, including social media presence and digital coordination, to support both operations and brand image. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients in a courteous, professional manner, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and professionally. Handle client communication promptly and effectively through various channels, including phone, email, and social media platforms. Maintain a polished reception area and ensure all front-office operations run smoothly. Support clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining organized records. Uphold strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Utilize Microsoft Office applications to prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as needed. Coordinate digital communication efforts to support the organization's online presence and branding initiatives. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations and uphold a positive organizational image. Requirements Proven clerical experience with strong computer literacy skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems. Strong client communication skills with a professional demeanor. Office experience demonstrating organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly and approachable attitude. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools is preferred. Assist with caregiver scheduling using company software Contact caregivers to fill shifts and maintain coverage Ensure accuracy of schedules, service codes, and hours Collaborate with care coordination team to meet client need Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, including email organization and mail merges 1+ year experience in customer service, administrative, or hospitality roles Office hours Schedule is 8:30AM to 4:30
PM Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
