As an REL Solutions Center Advisor, your responsibilities will center around taking calls from REL Solutions customers for breakdowns, maintenance, and other general questions. Through our various technologies, we monitor our fleet's overall maintenance health, and are available to dispatch vendors or identify dash codes 24/7. In this role you will be expected to handle in-shop services and repairs, typical roadside events, as well as follow through with updates and communication from ongoing REL Solutions Cases. Communication will often be layered between the customer, internal, and with a repair facility or vendor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking calls and responding appropriately to maintenance and breakdown needs.
• Adapting maintenance solutions to accommodate customer timeframes and business needs.
• Recording actions with a high degree of detail in our CRM.
• Working closely with Account Advocates to determine appropriate repair path for diagnostic or heavy repair work.

Desired Experience/ Skills :

• 1-3 years' experience from the trucking industry preferred. Open to other backgrounds and experience especially if mixed with trucking industry, high pressure customer service or a call center.
• Must be computer competent and possess high level skills for both internal and external communication.
• Must have excellent customer service skills to stay calm in stressful situations and guide our customers through their repair events.
• High School Diploma - as basic math and spelling comprehension is required.

Must work well with a team and be highly self-motivated and comfortable on the phone. The candidate will need to be highly committed to the success of the team and company. REL Solutions is a 24/7 breakdown service that may require you to cover the occasional night or weekend depending on PTO, training, and team constraints.

Salary Range:

$40-60K negotiable on experience.

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
