• Overview:

• Join our team as a Boutique Associate and be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with an exceptional boutique experience.

• Duties:

• Greet guests with a warm welcome in a timely manner
• Build genuine relationships with customers
• Assess guest needs and provide assistance and information on Tricia's Treasures products
• Maintain sales floor visual merchandising and restock product as needed
• Work as a team player
• Other duties as assigned

• Skills:

• Experience in guest relations preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using POS systems
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Knowledge of retail procedures is a plus
• Phone etiquette skills to handle incoming calls professionally
