As the Part Time Guest Service Attendant at the Geneva Club, Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you'll be the hotel's ambassador, delivering personalized assistance to VIP guests and Geneva Club patrons. From insider tips on local attractions to creating tailored experiences, you'll ensure every guest enjoys a stay that's nothing short of exceptional. This award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets. Greet guests warmly, staying calm during busy times and emergencies. Register VIP guests, assist with check-ins, and coordinate luggage delivery with the Bellstand. Provide concierge services, arranging hotel activities, dining, spa, and off-site reservations like transportation and car rentals. Conduct pre-arrival calls and make initial arrangements for guest stays. Maintain a peaceful, service-friendly environment in the Club, including food and beverage service and light housekeeping. Perform other duties as assigned. What do you bring to the role? Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or hospitality; food and beverage experience a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional language skills preferred but not required. Energetic, with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills. Creative self-starter, capable of working independently and making decisions. Able to stand for long periods and lift items like trays and coffee urns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Adaptable to varying business needs and able to multitask effectively. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. What's in it for you?
