We are on the lookout for a passionate individual to join our team and help us continue delivering the unparalleled guest experience that sets us apart. As an Experience Activity Coordinator at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will coordinate and facilitate property wide activities and guest events and ensure that guests are aware of all recreational opportunities available to them throughout the resort. Grand Geneva in Lake Geneva is a 1,300 acre, AAA Four Diamond resort and spa recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler. This award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets. We are a longstanding symbol of home and family, rooted in tradition and eager to shape a brighter future together. What will you be doing? Plan and execute daily activities for resort guests.
Welcome and introduce guests to experiences upon arrival.
Create, develop, and implement on/off-site events.
Promote and build excitement for scheduled events.
Address and resolve guest complaints.
Personalize experiences through a proactive guest profiling program.
Schedule activities, update marketing materials, and adjust for changes that may arise.
Complete special projects as assigned. What do you bring to the role? High school diploma or equivalent required; event planning, catering, or recreation experience preferred.
High energy, positive attitude, and creativity.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Independent decision-maker with a safety mindset.
Able to stand for long periods and work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
