As a Part-Time , Summer Leasing Specialist for Longfellow Lofts in Madison, WI , you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in property management while positively impacting our community and residents. This role is ideal for students or individuals seeking a flexible, seasonal position in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You will help create a welcoming first impression of our community by showcasing our apartments and amenities in an upbeat, professional, and positive light. This position is approximately 24 hours per week , with a flexible schedule within office hours (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) and runs throughout the summer season. What you'll be doing: Working with prospective residents to identify their needs and help them find the perfect home Screening and approving qualified applicants in accordance with company policy, Fair Housing regulations, and local laws; preparing leases and associated move-in documentation Preparing the property for daily showings, including opening/closing model units and amenities Assisting with the new resident move-in process to ensure a smooth transition into the community Delivering a high level of resident satisfaction through responsive, consistent, and professional interactions Performing general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, typing, and answering phones Attending and assisting with resident events and activities as needed Following up with leasing leads and entering traffic into CRM systems What you bring to the table:
