Duties Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality, presentation, and timely service Follow standardized recipes and menu plans to maintain consistency and excellence in every dish Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures Assist with menu planning for breakfast and dessert offerings and daily/weekly specials, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient meal preparation and service flow Requirements Prior experience in food service settings preferred Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety standards Demonstrated knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation for breakfast dishes Experience with food handling, food safety protocols, and maintaining hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment Background in restaurant or culinary settings with a focus on breakfast dining Ability to work early mornings with flexibility to support breakfast service hours Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Join us as a Breakfast Cook and bring your cooking passion to life!
