Competitive pay based on experience About Us We are a busy and established restaurant in Anchorage looking for experienced kitchen staff to join our team. Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food according to restaurant recipes and quality standards
  • Perform daily food preparation, including cutting, portioning, marinating, and ingredient preparation
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain consistent food quality, portion control, and presentation
  • Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitary throughout the shift
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Work efficiently and accurately during busy service periods
  • Communicate effectively with other kitchen team members
  • Assist with inventory, food storage, and receiving deliveries when needed
  • Perform other kitchen duties as assigned Requirements
  • Previous professional restaurant kitchen experience is
REQUIRED
  • Experience working as a line cook, prep cook, or kitchen staff is preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong understanding of basic kitchen operations and food preparation
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible
  • Able to follow recipes, instructions, and food safety procedures
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to work well as part of a team
  • Weekend and evening availability is a plus What We Offer
