Duties Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization Manage food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations Support the smoking process as a Pitmaster, overseeing the slow-cooking of meats for optimal flavor and tenderness Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service and timely meal preparation Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles within restaurants or catering environments Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us if you're passionate about creating delicious dishes and thrive in energetic environments!
