Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full Time Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all food is cooked to perfection and meets our strict standards for taste, presentation, and safety. Your culinary expertise will contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in food preparation, menu execution, and kitchen operations while working in a vibrant, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality specifications, ensuring consistency across all dishes Operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, ovens, poaching stations, braising pans, and food production appliances Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitizing procedures to ensure a clean and safe working environment Execute food handling and preparation tasks with precision, including knife skills, grilling, braising, poaching, and other cooking techniques Support high-volume production needs while adhering to recipe adherence and portion control guidelines Collaborate with team members during meal service to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent customer service Qualifications Proven experience in food industry roles such as dietary aide, restaurant cook, or catering chef with a focus on fine dining or high-volume production environments Strong knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures in a commercial kitchen setting Demonstrated skills in food preparation techniques including grilling, braising, poaching, and other cooking methods Experience operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently; familiarity with food handling regulations is essential Ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining flexibility for menu adjustments or special requests Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation for diverse dietary needs Prior experience in senior living settings or food service environments preferred but not required Join us as a Full Time Line Cook and bring your culinary passion to life!
