What You'll Do Fire up burgers, chicken, fish, and event‑menu favorites Keep grills, fryers, and equipment running smoothly Slice, shred, skewer, grill, and plate like a pro Maintain food quality, speed, and safety—no exceptions Stay organized, stay clean, stay ready Work with event staff to keep service flowing Track supplies and flag equipment issues ASAP What You Bring Grill experience (events or high‑volume kitchens a plus!)
