Qualifications Job Duties:
2nd Cook - Assists in the preparation of all foods according to a menu plan and standardized recipes in a safe, efficient and timely manner with continuous assessment of changes Assist in getting feedback from residents to provide top notch quality while utilizing the pantry efficiently Excellent organization and planning skills to monitor inventory, expiration dates and meal schedules Performs kitchen and dining room cleanup duties after meals to uphold the highest sanitary standards Must be able to adapt to a variety of job duties and situations; able and willing to work flexible hours, such as emergency situations. Works scheduled shifts including overtime, scheduled weekends, holidays and rotating shifts when needed. Performs all other duties assigned by the Executive Director or Supervisor in charge which may include housekeeping duties, light maintenance and Resident attention.
