We are building a passionate, tight-knit kitchen team that thrives in a bustling atmosphere and takes genuine pride in every plate sent out. Position Summary We are looking for an experienced line cook who brings strong knife skills, efficiency, and a passion for great food. If you have a background in fine dining or Japanese cuisine (sushi, robata, ramen, or modern Japanese), that's a huge plus—though not required. If you are dedicated, adaptable, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities- Set up, maintain, and prep stations efficiently according to kitchen standards.
- Cook and plate dishes consistently during fast-paced rushes.
- Maintain clean work areas, proper food storage, and sanitation protocols.
- Collaborate closely with Executive Chef and BOH team to maintain quality control.
