Join Our Team Mealtimes are an important part of community life. We are seeking a Dietary Aide who will help create a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming dining experience for our residents. What You'll Do Assist with meal preparation, plating, serving, and dining room setup according to menus and assigned duties. Follow resident diet orders, texture modifications, allergy precautions, and dining instructions as communicated by the appropriate team member. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining, storage, and food preparation areas. Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment as assigned. Stock and organize food, supplies, and dining items; report shortages or concerns. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred unless otherwise required. Ability to work efficiently in a teamoriented dining environment. Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. Preferred Experience Previous food service, senior living, healthcare, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred. Physical & Work Requirements Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, stoop, and perform the physical functions of the position for extended periods as needed.
