Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to join our culinary team as a . In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious, delicious meals while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. Your culinary expertise and attention to detail will ensure that every dish meets our quality standards and exceeds expectations. Responsibilities Assist in menu planning to create balanced, appealing meals that meet dietary guidelines and client preferences Prepare food items with precision, adhering strictly to recipes and portion sizes Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, slicers, ovens, and other culinary tools Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by following proper sanitation procedures and cleaning schedules Handle food safely by following proper food handling practices and safety standards in production Support food preparation activities such as slicing, chopping, cooking, and plating meals Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal service and ensure timely delivery of orders Assist with catering events by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining quality standards Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and industry best practices throughout daily operations Qualifications Previous experience working in dietary departments or food service environments is highly preferred Demonstrated culinary skills including knife techniques, slicing methods, and recipe adherence Experience in menu planning, meal preparation, and food handling within a restaurant or catering setting Knowledge of safety standards in food production and kitchen equipment operation Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and team members Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with food safety management systems and proper food storage procedures Prior experience working with dietary or nutritional guidelines is a plus Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to delivering exceptional meals while fostering a safe, clean, and supportive work environment.
