Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality food items efficiently, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately Manage customer orders with enthusiasm, upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Handle cash register operations, including processing cash transactions and giving correct change Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food prep areas, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment Assist in food handling duties, including serving, bussing tables, and ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed Support kitchen operations by operating equipment safely and assisting with basic food preparation tasks Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety management practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations Experience operating kitchen equipment and maintaining sanitation standards in a food industry setting Food handling certification or willingness to obtain required health permits prior to employment Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to providing outstanding service through quick, friendly interactions and quality food.
