About Us Yokozuna is an Asian restaurant and sushi bar located in Downtown Tulsa, South Tulsa, and now Bentonville. From sushi to Asian fusion dishes and a vibrant entree menu, Yoko offers something for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

Ability to prepare a variety of menu items, using grills, ovens, and other equipment. Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and meets quality standards. Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation. Uphold safety and sanitation standards. Portion and quality control.
