Job Overview We are seeking a highly experienced pizza cook who knows how to properly hand stretch fresh dough. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who has worked in a high-volume pizza environment and understands the pace, consistency, and technique required to produce quality pizzas. If you have worked at Domino's, Papa John's, Marco's Pizza, or a similar concept and have real experience hand stretching dough, we want to talk to you. If you have never hand stretched pizza dough, this is not the position for you. Responsibilities Prepare and hand-stretch pizza dough with skill and consistency, ensuring perfect texture and thickness for each order Follow established recipes and menu specifications to produce a variety of pizza styles and toppings Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dough station, adhering to food safety standards at all times Handle food preparation tasks efficiently, including ingredient portioning, topping assembly, and oven operation Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health regulations to guarantee safe consumption Support the kitchen team during busy periods by contributing to overall food service operations and maintaining a positive attitude Experience MUST have hands-on experience hand stretching pizza dough in a restaurant setting MUST have prior experience in a high-volume pizza environment (Domino's, Papa John's, Marco's, or similar) Ability to keep up with a fast-paced make-line during rush periods Strong attention to detail and consistency in product quality Dependable, punctual, and able to work evenings and weekends Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a hot kitchen environment About the Role This is a skill-specific position.
