Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, including order entry, food assembly, and timely delivery. Maintain cleanliness of the workspace by cleaning counters, utensils, kitchen equipment, and dining areas regularly to uphold sanitation standards. Upsell menu items by engaging with customers confidently to enhance sales and improve their experience. Support food safety management practices by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols at all times. Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong food preparation skills. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively while maintaining a clean workspace. Basic math skills for cash register operations, giving correct change, and managing sales transactions confidently.
