Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute menu items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail Uphold presentation standards to ensure every plate meets fine dining expectations Assist with menu development, daily specials, and creative plating concepts Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation at all times Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines Collaborate seamlessly with the culinary team to ensure flawless kitchen operations Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish (bilingual required)

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a fine dining or upscale culinary environment preferred Strong knowledge of advanced cooking techniques, plating, and food presentation Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen Professional demeanor, reliability, and commitment to excellence Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
