Job Overview Bienvenue is entering an exciting new chapter in Rogers, and we're building a kitchen team that takes pride in exceptional food, teamwork and craftsmanship. We're looking for experienced, dependable line cooks who thrive in fast paced, chef-driven environment. If you care about consistency, quality and creating memorable dining experiences, we'd love to meet you. Duties Prepare and execute menu items with precision and consistency. Maintain a clean, organized and professional workstation. Work collaboratively with the culinary team during service. Follow recipes, plating standards and food safety procedures. Help maintain the highest standards of quality from prep through service. What we're looking for Previous line cook experience (fine dining or upscale casual preferred) Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work efficiently under pressure Dependable, punctual and team-oriented Passion for cooking and willingness to learn and grow Understanding of food safety standards, including proper handling, sanitation, and storage procedures Effective communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff and team members We're Building a Team This is more than another restaurant job.
