In this dual role, you will be the friendly face greeting customers, taking their orders, and ensuring a seamless checkout experience. Simultaneously, you will prepare delicious food items, maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, and support food service operations. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and process transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Operate cash registers, process cash and card payments, and handle cash handling responsibilities with precision. Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation meet expectations Maintain cleanliness of the workspace by cleaning counters, utensils, kitchen equipment, and dining areas regularly to uphold sanitation standards. Upsell menu items by engaging with customers confidently to enhance sales and improve their experience Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong food preparation skills. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
