IDEAL CANDIDATES

We are seeking exceptional individuals who are passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality. This is Regular Full Time position. Open availability 7 days a week from 2:30pm-10:30pm is required for this position, including all weekends and all holidays.

JOB DUTIES

Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock; anticipating needs; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt. Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; performing preventive and cleaning maintenance; calling for repairs. Completes meal preparation by grilling, sauteing, roasting, frying, and broiling ingredients; verifying doneness and taste; assembling and refrigerating cold ingredients. Presents meals by placing and arranging hot and cold elements using plates, dishes, bowls, and baskets. Controls costs by adhering to recipes; following preparation standards. Maintains a sanitary kitchen by adhering to state and local sanitation, storage, and refrigeration requirements and codes; cleaning equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Three

• five years experience as Line Cook Previous hotel/resort experience preferred Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays Current Maricopa County Food Handlers Card required Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness
