Job Description

This position is Monday through Friday for breakfast and lunch service only. Integrated Support Solutions Inc. (We call ourselves ISSI) exists for the sole purpose of helping others succeed. We contract with hospitals, long-term care, rehab facilities and Corporate Cafeterias to elevate the dining experience - and we do so by elevating you in your essential profession! It provides a predictable shift and predictable workload. Our cafes and clinical food services are our restaurants and our patients are our guests who continually praise us for their superior dining experiences. We have an opening for a full-time Cook in a state-of-the-art Cafe in the Chandler area. Basic job duties include, but are not limited to: Preparation of foods for the cafeteria and caterings Responsible for maintaining high standards of quality food production and portion control, using standardized recipes. Responsible for appropriate quantities of food needed to meet menu requirements. Responsible for following standards and methods as outlined in the Policy and Procedures to promote high quality food and prevent food borne illnesses in accordance with Federal, State and Local regulations.
