Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day Opportunities for development and advancement The Position Specifics As a Line Cook, you are a key part of the kitchen team, responsible for preparing menu items accurately, safely, and efficiently. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where quality and consistency are always the top priority. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to Oakmont recipes and plating standards Maintain food safety, sanitation, and proper handling practices Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen meet quality, timing, and presentation standards Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, gas stoves, griddles, and mixers Keep your work station clean, organized, and ready for service Stay knowledgeable about all menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods Support teammates and collaborate across BOH and FOH as needed Is This Role For You? Requirements:
Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred Valid Food Handlers' certification Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food prep, and kitchen safety Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent quality Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds Maintains cleanliness and organization of work station Must be at least 16 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
