DESCRIPTION
This position will be the cook at the Saguaro Grille and will also have prep-cook responsibilities in the main kitchen as well. Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen, coolers and storage rooms. Responsible for preparing menu items in accordance to set standards and specifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides exceptional guest service to both external and internal guests by maintaining and exhibiting the
We-Ko-Pa Way Service Standards:
Smile and Greet, name and Meet, Thank You and Goodbye. Must have working knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, recipes and the ability to prepare them according to the set standards and specifications. Must demonstrate fiscal responsibility by limiting the amount of waste. Assist in stocking and rotation of inventory as it arrives and ensuring invoices are accurate. Must have knowledge and understanding of health department I.H.S (Indian Health Service) and O.S.H.A. (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations. Provide the type of service that exceeds guest's expectations by going above and beyond menu parameters to ensure guest satisfaction.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a Food Service Workers License. Assist in the prepping of food in accordance with set standards. Hold yourself, your supervisors, and your co-workers to the highest standards. Work together with management to establish an environment in which everyone is informed and involved. Know the menu and bar drinks, to include pricing and ingredients.
