Cook - Evening Shift

Wicked Rain is a family-owned craft beer bar located in Gilbert, AZ. We aim to bring a PNW atmosphere and a taste of its rich craft beer culture to the Valley while also supporting the local AZ craft beer industry.

MISSION:

Wicked Rain was created to take the customer through a PNW experience from the time they enter the door with its carefully curated craft beer selection, wine, food, and atmosphere. Wicked Rain is designed to be appreciated by every level of beer enthusiast, from beginners to experts. Our cooks will prepare recipes from a small menu, using our pre-programmed rapid cook ovens. The recipes are simple, yet elevated. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

Set up, clean, and organize work stations Prep ingredients for shift Insure freshness and quality control of inventory Monitor inventory Adhere to all safe food handling standards Prepare POS orders timely and accurately Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen at all times Adhere to all health and safety protocols Represent Wicked Rain in a positive manner both during work and after hours Other duties as assigned

Required Experience:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Prior experience as a cook in a restaurant Able to prioritize and memorize multiple orders POS experience preferred, TOAST a plus Ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays Must be able to successfully pass a background check
