Duties Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications Handle food preparation tasks such as dough stretching, topping assembly, and ingredient portioning with precision Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all kitchen activities Assist in menu planning to incorporate new pizza styles and seasonal ingredients Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health regulations and safety standards Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked work station at all times Qualifications Prior experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is highly desirable Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant experience, especially with pizza or similar cuisine Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Experience with menu planning and catering is a plus Excellent food service skills with a focus on quality presentation and customer satisfaction Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Culinary experience in fine dining or the food industry is advantageous Embark on a culinary journey with us where your skills will be celebrated, your creativity encouraged, and your passion for food shared with our valued guests!
