Job Description
We are hiring a full-time (30-35 hours weekly) Line & Prep Cook.
This position requires availability Saturday and Sunday (from 11 am to 8 pm )Weekday shifts will be scheduled accordingly.
Experience in a fast-paced kitchen preferred .Your duties and responsibilities areAssisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stationsPreparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, , appetizers and snacksPlating prepared foods based on senior chef s guidanceWorking with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on timeWashing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shiftsEnsuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulationsWe do tip pool so also the back received tips on top of the hourly pay
