We're looking for a dependable and energetic Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team. This position is responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast for both our breakfast buffet and Bistro , including made-to-order menu items. We're looking for someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards for food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and food safety.

Schedule:

This is a part-time morning position with shifts from 5:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Open availability is required, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include:

Prepare and cook breakfast items for the hotel breakfast buffet Prepare made-to-order breakfast items for our Bistro Set up and maintain a clean, organized workstation Monitor food quality, freshness, presentation, and proper temperatures Replenish buffet items as needed throughout breakfast service Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures Assist with prep, stocking, and cleaning of the kitchen Work efficiently and communicate effectively with other team members What we're looking for: Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred Ability to work independently and stay organized during busy breakfast periods Reliable and punctual, especially for early morning shifts Ability to work a flexible schedule with open availability Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
