Sunset Grill & Patio Bar:
Duties/Qualifications Assist in the preparation and design of all food Produce consistent menu dishes, both plating and taste Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards Planning and directing food preparation when necessary Properly timed and executed meals and buffet items Stock inventory appropriately Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Love to cook!

Duties/Qualifications Assist in the preparation of all food Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards Properly timed and executed menu items Stock inventory appropriately Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Current Maricopa County Food Handler's certification Skills Posses sound experience as a Cook Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions Familiar with industry's best practices Working knowledge of
