SCHEDULE
- Wednesday-Friday: 10:30 AM
- 3:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 10:30 AM
- 7:30 PM
- About 30 hours per week. Two days off (Monday & Tuesday).
- Pay: $17.00
- $19.00 per hour, depending on experience. (hourly only
- this position does not receive tips)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Prep and cook Gujarati vegetarian dishes: sabzis, dal, kadhi, rice, farsan
- Work the roti and puri station during service
- Follow the recipes, portions and plating set by the head chef
- Keep your station clean and meet health department standards
- Help receive, label and rotate product (FIFO)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ year cooking in a restaurant kitchen
- Comfortable with high-volume weekend service
- Able to work in a 100% vegetarian kitchen (no meat, no fish, no eggs)
- Food Handler card, or willing to get one
- English or Spanish; Gujarati or Hindi a plus
- Reliable and on time
