Job:

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on handy man to help maintain our commercial buildings in the city of Artesia, Norwalk, Fullerton and close by areas. You'll handle general repairs, maintenance requests, and small projects to keep our properties in great shape.

What You'll Do:

Perform basic plumbing, basic electrical, painting, and basic carpentry work Handle routine maintenance and occasional emergency repairs Communicate with property managers and tenants

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of handy man or maintenance experience (commercial preferred) Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Able to work independently and stay organized
