Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions and assisting with product inquiries. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently will contribute to a positive experience for our customers. This worker will also be in charge of food preperation, handling, and cooking as well as cleaning the store, and other maitenence. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, ensuring a friendly interaction and environment. Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash and credit card payments. Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support for technology-related items. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers. Handle customer complaints professionally, resolving issues in a timely manner. Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed. Food Handling Food preperation Cooking Cleaning Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with customers and team members. Familiarity with merchandising principles and techniques is beneficial. Ability to work well under pressure while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Organizational skills are necessary to maintain an orderly workspace and assist with inventory tasks.
