Daily Homestyle Menu Planning Rotating classic, everyday Chinese dishes Ingredient Sourcing & Pantry Management Sourcing fresh, high-quality ingredients from local premium markets and specialty Asian grocers. Maintaining a meticulously organized Chinese pantry. 2. Kitchen Sanitation & Deep Cleaning Managing the grease, steam, and high-heat splatter associated with authentic Chinese cooking. Wiping down backsplashes, range hoods, and counters after every session, and sanitizing all prep surfaces to keep the family kitchen spotless. Adjusting oil, salt, and spice levels to meet the family's health and wellness goals. Experience Hiring Qualifications Experience:
3+ years of experience cooking in private households, premium catering, or traditional homestyle culinary environments.
Certifications:
