As part of the Hilton family, DoubleTree is known for its warm hospitality—welcoming every guest with our signature fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies and a commitment to exceptional service. Job Purpose Support kitchen operations by preparing and cooking food items according to established recipes, quality standards, and safety guidelines, ensuring a consistent and high-quality guest experience. Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and quality expectations. Monitor food usage and minimize waste. Assist with inventory by notifying supervisors of low stock and supporting receiving and counting as needed. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with all health and safety regulations. Keep work areas clean, organized, and properly stocked, including refrigerators, freezers, and prep stations. Follow all safety procedures and promptly report hazards, equipment issues, or incidents. Support kitchen operations as needed, including dishwashing and general cleaning duties. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure efficient service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Occasionally interact with guests in a professional manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the F&B management team.
