Cook - Full-Time / Part-Time We are seeking an experienced and reliable Cook to join our team at a restaurant in Burbank, California. The ideal candidate will have professional cooking experience with Persian, Armenian, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, or similar BBQ and kabob-style cuisine.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and grill lule kabob, chicken kabob, beef kabob, and other grilled meats Prepare, trim, portion, and marinate meats Perform food preparation related to the cook position Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary cooking area Follow proper food safety and food-handling procedures Work efficiently during busy service periods Work cooperatively with other kitchen team members

Qualifications:

2+ years of relevant professional cooking experience preferred Restaurant cooking experience preferred Experience with BBQ, kabob, grilling, meat preparation, or similar cooking strongly preferred Reliable, organized, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team
