The savory cook will also support & work in the Front of House (eg 25%-35% of his time) Responsibilities Prepare and cook savory dishes with attention to flavor, presentation, and consistency, utilizing your culinary experience and knife skills. Assist in menu planning by suggesting creative ideas that align with our culinary standards. Ensure all food handling and preparation adhere to strict food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines. Serve guests efficiently and courteously, providing excellent customer service that enhances their dining experience. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations, to uphold hygiene standards. Support catering events or special functions by preparing meals and assisting with setup and serving as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely delivery of orders. • Support & work in the Front of the House & attend Customers as/when needed Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a related food industry role; restaurant or fine dining experience is highly valued. Strong knowledge of dietary department practices and dietary aide experience is a plus. Demonstrated ability in menu planning, meal preparation, and food handling procedures. Excellent execution for highest quality presentation Prior experience in food service or kitchen environments that emphasize food safety protocols. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills with a friendly demeanor for serving guests and working collaboratively with team members.
