Duties Safely load and unload furniture, artwork, fixtures, and staging materials using appropriate heavy equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and cranes. Operate warehouse management systems and RF scanners to track inventory movement accurately during staging projects. Use mechanical knowledge to assemble or disassemble furniture and fixtures as needed for transport or setup. Handle materials with care during shipping & receiving processes, ensuring items are secured properly for transit. Assist with order picking and load & unload activities, ensuring timely delivery of staging components to client sites. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to OSHA safety standards and best practices for heavy equipment operation. Collaborate with team members to execute staging plans efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and project timelines. Skills Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or construction environments. Skilled in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, crane systems, pallet jacks, and load-bearing machinery. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, OSHA safety standards, and mechanical troubleshooting. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during order picking and materials handling. Experience in warehouse supervision or leadership roles is a plus for team coordination. Knowledge of construction or staging-specific procedures enhances your ability to adapt quickly on site. Strong mechanical aptitude combined with excellent communication skills ensures smooth operations during busy project phases.
