Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook food according to Pepe's Mexican Restaurant's recipes and standards. Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency are always maintained. Work efficiently and safely in a high-pressure environment. Follow all health and safety regulations, including food safety guidelines. Assist with cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and workstations. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy service hours.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of cooking experience in a professional kitchen (Mexican cuisine experience a plus). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Open availability for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Must be dependable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
