Job Description
Grasing's Restaurant is currently seeking a talented All-around Cooks with technique, and an eagerness to learn and to work side by side with Chef Mario. Chef Mario is hands on, farm to table style. Grasing's is a perfect hands-on cooking environment to grow by assisting Chef Mario with various items such as changing menus and developing various tasting menus to pair with our extensive wine program. The ideal candidate - Must have high work standards, attention to detail, and some fine dining experience Must be self-motivated and a self-starter with exceptional communication skills Should be an expert at his/her particular station, while having knowledge of all stations Must be able to work flexible hours to include nights and weekends To work in a growing environment with a strong food and wine culture To embrace teamwork within the restaurant, creating a positive work environment Must uphold the Grasing's Values and Mission Statements while performing positional responsibilities and adhering to Grasing's company policies and procedures, as stated in the
