Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dependable, experienced kitchen cook to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, has a strong work ethic, and takes pride in producing high-quality food every shift. You'll work alongside a supportive team and have opportunities for growth within our expanding business.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items consistently and efficiently Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specs Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Communicate effectively with team members and front of house Assist with prep, inventory, and closing duties as needed Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times

Requirements:

6 + months of experience as a line cook or kitchen cook in a high-volume setting Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
