You will prepare food, support kitchen operations, maintain quality, and follow safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes. Safely operate kitchen equipment and tools. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures. Prepare ingredients for meals and special events. Handle and store food properly. Support high-volume food production while maintaining quality. Prepare specialized meals according to dietary needs. Experience Dietary aide or food service experience preferred. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation. Basic cooking and meal preparation skills. Good knife skills and kitchen organization. Ability to follow recipes and prepare food efficiently. Food handling experience preferred. Experience with Chinese wok preferred.
