This role combines hands-on cooking expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring smooth restaurant flow, exceptional food quality, and outstanding customer service. We are seeking a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about culinary excellence and team management. In this position, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills, manage inventory, and elevate the dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas with precision, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards. Supervise kitchen staff during shifts, providing guidance on food preparation, presentation, and safety procedures. Oversee inventory control and food management to minimize waste and maintain optimal stock levels. Lead menu planning efforts, incorporating customer feedback and culinary trends to keep offerings fresh and appealing. Maintain strict food safety standards in compliance with health regulations and company policies. Manage shift operations efficiently, including scheduling, training new team members, and ensuring timely service delivery. Coordinate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and ensure inclusive menu options. Oversee catering events and banquet services, delivering exceptional food quality in large-scale settings. Monitor kitchen cleanliness and organization to uphold a safe working environment at all times. Foster a positive team environment through leadership, motivation, and effective communication. Experience Proven experience in food production within a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with fine dining or catering background. Supervising or team management experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and inventory control procedures. Experience with menu planning, food service management, and kitchen operations. Familiarity with banquet service, catering logistics, and large-scale event coordination is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Background in culinary arts or hospitality industry certifications is preferred but not required.
