Summary Alila Marea Beach Resort is a Boundless Hotel by Hyatt. It is located in North County, San Diego, just 32 miles north of San Diego International Airport, and central to Encinitas, one of the most charming seaside towns that dot California's iconic Coastal Highway 101. Alila Mareabines understated elegance with coastal views from nearly every guestroom. Designed to emulate the surrounding coastal bluff, beach, and ocean, the Resort is framed by natural stone, warm woods, and clean lines for a tranquil retreat with a sublime backdrop. High touch barefoot luxury and service are emblematic of the Alila Way. An intermediate line cook requires goodmunication and culinary skills. The desired cook candidate will have hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree. An intermediate cook should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. Intermediate cook will work single stations in the kitchen and require significant supervision and training. Qualifications Refined verbalmunication skills. 2 years of previous line experience preferred. Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred. Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills. Able to work single station in the kitchen. A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment. Ability to stand for long periods of time. The hourly rate of pay for this position is $24.00. This is the pay range for this position that Alila Marea reasonably expects to pay.
