We are a fast casual Hawaiian BBQ restaurant, looking for friendly and enthusiastic people who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Our goal is to build a team of reliable individuals, who enjoy having fun while working hard. Let's bring a taste of Hawai'i to Folsom and spread a little "aloha" along the way! Hot line experience preferred. All employees are expected to maintain a friendly and professional manner. As a line cook, you will be expected to prepare quality food with speed and accuracy, while following all health and safety code requirements. While front of house employees are the face of our company, it is the back of house employees who are the backbone of every restaurant. It's the food that will keep our guests coming back and if you take pride in making people happy by feeding them, this is the job for you! Aside from providing our guests with quality food, you will be expected to:

• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
• Work with a deep fryer and/or griddle
• Wash dishes
• Ensure that all items are properly stocked
• Help in other departments as needed
• You must be willing to cross-train!
